Grader Operator

With over 280 employees, 225+ pieces of equipment including 125 pieces of heavy equipment, Schlouch enjoys repeat business from local, regional and national firms.

We are looking to add an experienced Grader Operator to our growing team immediately.

• Operate motor graders for fine grading, subgrade, and finish work
• Read and follow grade stakes, plans, and laser/GPS systems (if applicable)
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Work closely with foremen and crew members to meet project goals
• Maintain safe and efficient job sites
• 2+ years of motor grader experience preferred
• Ability to grade to tight tolerances
• Experience in site prep, roadwork, or utility projects a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and positive attitude

• Salary Range: $27.00 to $36.00 per hour Based on Skill Level
