Overview
T&C Seal coating LLC dba Next Gen Great Seal coating is seeking to fill EIGHT (8) GROUNDSKEEPER (SOC CODE 37-3011.00 - LANDSCAPING AND GROUNDSKEEPING WORKER) temporary, full-time Seasonal positions for April 1, 2026 to October 15, 2026. Worksite: 5538 Hamilton South, Sciota, PA, United States, 18354 and multiple sites in Monroe, Lehigh, Carbon and Northampton counties.
Job Duties- Cleaning of residential and commercial grounds (lawns and pavement) with use of push blower, brooms, shovel, rake, hand rollers, and small hand tools.
- Application of pavement seal coat and crack fill material with use of a spray wand.
- Assist with installation of edging, erosion control, and/or plant materials at finished site.
- Follow safety standards to maintain safe worksites.
- No education, training or experience required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must lift/carry up to 50 lbs., when necessary.
- Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary.
- Must be able to perform physical labor outdoors for at least 8 hours per day in all weather conditions, including cold, heat, and rain.
- Schedule varies.
- Physically fit to perform the job functions which include standing, squatting, bending, lifting, and walking for long periods of time.
- $19.41 - $25.00 per hour. Overtime available at $29.12 - 37.50 per hour
- 35 hours/week, Mon-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Employees will be paid weekly on Tuesday.
- Raises and/or bonuses may be offered based on individual factors including work performance, skill, and tenure.
- Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
- Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations.
- On the job training available.
- Workers will begin each day at the worksite address. They will then be transported, free of charge, to properties located throughout the area of intended employment, to perform duties. They will then be transported back to the worksite address at the end of each work day.
- The employer will make all deductions from worker's paycheck required by law. Potential elective deductions to be pre-authorized in writing if applicable are as follows:
If needed, the employer will assist in arranging optional worker-paid lodging for hired foreign and non-local U.S. workers. - Employer will deduct for the reasonable fair market value cost of rent and utilities based on the number of occupants for workers who voluntarily elect to live in employer-offered housing.
- Employer to provide company-specific washable uniforms and protective equipment (shirt and pants) at no cost to the worker. Additional uniforms are available for purchase by the worker. Such purchases are optional and for the worker's benefit.
- Additional, optional benefits may be offered to worker, for worker's sole benefit, including but not limited to 401k and health insurance. If voluntarily elected by worker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted from paycheck with worker consent.
- Employer will assist workers in securing board, lodging, or other facilities.
- The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker.
- From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the US or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment.
- Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer.
- The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
- Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
