Marburger Farm Dairy, Inc., a family-owned and operated business serving the community since 1938, is seeking a skilled and dependable Class 1 or 7 Inspection Mechanic to join its team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, value safety, and enjoy working independently in a fast-paced fleet environment. As a key member of the maintenance team, the Inspection Mechanic will ensure the safety, reliability, and compliance of the company’s fleet vehicles and equipment.

- Perform Pennsylvania Class 1 or 7 state inspections on company fleet vehicles and equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety
- Carry out brake repairs, suspension work, tire service, and general mechanical repairs
- Maintain accurate inspection and maintenance records
- Identify and report safety concerns and repair needs promptly
- Ensure all work complies with DOT, state, and company safety standards
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Assist with emergency repairs and breakdowns as needed
- Work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Pennsylvania Class 1 or 7 Inspection License required
- Prior mechanic or fleet maintenance experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- CDL license is a plus, but not required
- Must provide own tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
