F. Sobieski Mechanical Contractors, Inc., is hiring a full‑time Residential New Construction HVAC Mechanic. The role involves installing heating and cooling systems in residential new construction and helping to train HVAC helpers. • Install and assemble heating and cooling components for new homes.
• Assist in training and supervising HVAC helper crew.

• Licensed as a journeyman (preferred) OR 3+ years of new home construction experience
• Knowledge of applicable state codes
• Hands‑on knowledge of residential HVAC construction
• Valid driver’s license
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in a variety of weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces
• Have own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics
