What You'll Be Doing:

Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Communicate clearly with customers
Inform and educate customers on their repair and replacement options so they can make the best decision for their home
Complete jobs cleanly and correctly the first time
Keep good notes and stay organized

Schedule:

Full-time position
Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
On-call rotation (weekends only)
On-call hours end at 9:00 PM

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC service technician (not a helper or installer role)
Experience servicing residential HVAC systems
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers
Takes pride in quality work and doing the job right
Values and respects our loyal, dedicated customer base
Reliable, team-oriented, and shows up ready to work
EPA Certification (Required)
NATE Certification (Preferred)

Bonus Qualifications:

Install experience
Light commercial experience
Familiarity with Service Titan
