Shade Mtn Granite is seeking a skilled and motivated Full‑Time Counter top Installer Team Lead to oversee an installation crew and deliver high‑quality residential and commercial counter top projects. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on precision, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. On‑job training is provided.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage installation crew on job sites
- Install natural stone and quartz countertops
- Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards
- Communicate professionally with customers on‑site
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Keep projects on schedule
- Driving 3‑4 hours daily
- Valid PA driver’s license (required)
- Prior installation or construction experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team‑oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Flexible schedule is a plus
- Ability to lift 100+ lbs with a team
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
