Trailer Mechanic Weekends Off

Conestoga Trailer Mechanic

Wellsville, PA

Pay: $26.00-$28.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday
- Friday 8am-4:30pm

Aim Transportation is seeking an experienced Conestoga Trailer Mechanic to join our maintenance team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Conestoga and curtain side trailers, ensuring safe operation, DOT compliance, and minimal equipment downtime

What You'll Do:

* Perform repairs on air brake systems (chambers, slack adjusters, valves, airlines)

* Service suspension systems (air ride, springs, bushings)

* Repair and replace landing gear

* Perform wheel end maintenance (hubs, seals, bearings)

* Troubleshoot and repair electrical and lighting systems, including ABS

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

* 2-5 years of experience as a commercial trailer mechanic

* Hands on experience with Conestoga or curtain side trailers (strongly preferred)

* Solid understanding of commercial trailer systems
