Do you enjoy bringing spaces back to life? As our Carpenter, you'll be the mastermind behind transforming apartments, cottages, and carriage houses into refreshed, welcoming homes.

What You'll Do

Interior

• Demolition
• Removal of flooring
• Framing
• Finish Carpentry installation of interior and exterior trims
• Drywall repair, install, finish.
• Light Painting and finishing
• Installation of interior doors
• Removal and Installation of door lock sets and hardware
• Installation of cabinets
• Installation, removal of appliances

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing

• Working knowledge of Outlets, switches, breakers, and electrical wiring
• Basic plumbing removal and reconnects of toilets, sinks, baths, faucets, and laundry.
• HVAC components replacement/installation

What We're Looking For

• H.S graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Three or more years' experience as a carpenter or an equivalent combination of experience and technical training.
• Valid PA driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and with others as assigned.
• Residential Remodeling experience in a professional capacity.
• Must be organized & able to prioritize deadlines.
• Must be able to successfully pass background check and drug screen

Additional Information

This position is full-time Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm!
