Sobieski New Homes is looking to hire a full-time Residential New Construction HVAC Installer to win repeat business by doing quality installations of heating and cooling systems in residential new construction. This person would also help train HVAC helpers. This Residential New Construction HVAC Installer position earns a competitive wage, depending on experience. Location:

King of Prussia, PA

• Install heating and cooling systems in residential new construction projects to high quality standards.
• Assist in training HVAC helpers and junior team members.
• Ensure installations comply with applicable codes and company practices.
• Coordinate with builders and project teams to meet timelines.

• Licensed as a journeyman (preferred) OR 3+ years of new home construction experience.
• Knowledge of applicable state codes.
• Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in various weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces.
• Have own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics.
