Responsibilities- Operate a variety of heavy equipment including:
- Excavators
- Dozers
- Track Loaders
- Motor Graders
- Rollers
- Backhoes
- Perform excavation, grading, site development, and utility installation work.
- Read and understand grade stakes, site plans, and GPS machine control systems.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Work safely while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Experience operating multiple pieces of heavy equipment.
- Strong understanding of sitework, elevations, and compaction.
- Ability to work independently without constant direction.
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
- Driver's License (Required).

Pay: $28–$38/hr (based on experience) + Overtime
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday + OT as needed, occasional weekends
