As a Foreman, you’ll be responsible for leading field operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and supervise concrete finishing crews on active job sites
• Coordinate daily work activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Perform and oversee concrete grinding, polishing, resurfacing, and coating applications
• Train and mentor crew members on best practices and safety procedures
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and field personnel
• Identify and resolve project challenges before they impact schedules
• Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce all company safety standards
• Manage tools, materials, equipment, and job site organization
• Complete project documentation and progress reports

• 5+ years of concrete finishing, restoration, or repair experience
• 5+ years of construction crew leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of concrete polishing, coatings, grinding, and surface preparation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

• OSHA 10 Certification
• OSHA 30 Certification

• Travel throughout the United States required
• Night, overnight, and weekend work required
• Physical work environment requiring lifting, standing, and active job site participation
• Safety equipment required at all times
