What You’ll DoAs a Foreman, you’ll be responsible for leading field operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise concrete finishing crews on active job sites
- Coordinate daily work activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Perform and oversee concrete grinding, polishing, resurfacing, and coating applications
- Train and mentor crew members on best practices and safety procedures
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and field personnel
- Identify and resolve project challenges before they impact schedules
- Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce all company safety standards
- Manage tools, materials, equipment, and job site organization
- Complete project documentation and progress reports
- 5+ years of concrete finishing, restoration, or repair experience
- 5+ years of construction crew leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of concrete polishing, coatings, grinding, and surface preparation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- OSHA 10 Certification
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Travel throughout the United States required
- Night, overnight, and weekend work required
- Physical work environment requiring lifting, standing, and active job site participation
- Safety equipment required at all times
