Location: Morton

Job Summary

Albert G. Cipolloni Jr & Sons Inc. is hiring 1 concrete worker/finsher in Delaware, Montgomery, Chester, and Philadelphia counties for a temporary full‑time contract from April 1, 2026 to December 1, 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Pour, smooth, and finish concrete for sidewalks, ramps, and curbs using wheelbarrow, hand and power tools.
  • Operate portable mixers, groove cutters, etchers, plate compactors, vibrators, and hammer drills.
  • Load and unload tools, supplies, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Work outdoors in all weather performing standing, sitting, walking, stooping, or bending for extended periods.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work site.
  • Follow instructions from the site supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to work outdoors under varying weather conditions.
  • Experience or willingness to learn the use of concrete finishing tools.
Employment Terms

Hourly rate: $32.13 to $34.13 with a minimum of 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday (Saturday optional). Typical shift: 7:00AM to 3:00PM, though start and end times may vary with weather or assignments.

Overtime: $48.20 to $51.20 per hour as available.

Pay is calculated weekly; one week advance pay is available upon request.

Benefits and Working Conditions
  • Transportation provided to multiple worksites from the central location in Morton, PA.
  • Daily 60‑minute unpaid break.
  • Possibility of performance‑based raises, bonuses, overtime, and Saturday work.
  • Optional scheduled rides from home to work if available.
Housing Assistance

Employer may assist non‑local workers securing optional lodging at a cost not exceeding fair‑market value (cost to be determined).

Transportation and Subsistence Reimbursement
  • Employer provides advance transportation to the place of employment and reimburses subsistence.
  • Upon completion or early dismissal, employer pays reasonable return transportation and subsistence.
  • Daily subsistence is reimbursed up to $68.00 per 24h period (minimum $16.28) with receipts.
Guarantee of Hours

Employer guarantees at least 75% of workdays in each 12‑week period of the contract.

Tools and Equipment

All required tools and supplies are provided by the employer at no cost.

Deductions

Only deductions required by law will be made, unless agreed to. Deductions will not reduce wages below the UDSOL minimum.

H‑2B Worker Reimbursement

H‑2B workers who have paid visa, border, or other visa‑related fees mandated by the government will be reimbursed by the employer in the first week of work.
