Residential HVAC Service Technician

Our growing team in Hellertown, PA is hiring a full-time Residential HVAC Technician to complete excellent work while learning more and growing within the trade. Pay
:
You'll make $25.00 - $33.00/hour based on your experience and qualifications.

Schedule
:
You'll work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and will travel to local homes.

You already know the deal; you'll travel to local residences, speak with customers about their heating and cooling systems, and perform high-quality repairs, replacements, and maintenance. Every day will bring something different as you inspect, diagnose, and repair gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning units, indoor air quality systems, and more.

After your initial inspection, you'll speak with homeowners about your observations, clearly explain service options, and gain approval for the work without pressuring the customer. You'll closely document your work in our system software (including photos, notes, and invoices), promote maintenance plans, and cleanly close out jobs. By performing exceptional work and keeping your work vehicle clean and organized, you'll help further our reputation for excellence!

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in residential HVAC service
• Excellent diagnostic skills
• Ability to independently diagnose and repair gas furnaces, air conditioning units, boilers, and heat pumps
• Ability to provide fair and ethical recommendations for repair vs. replacement options
• Customer service mindset with the ability to confidently and clearly explain system observations, recommendations, and service options to homeowners
