The Role of a PlumberAs a skilled plumber, you will diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, guiding customers toward confident, informed decisions about their home needs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver top‑notch customer service by communicating clearly and professionally, ensuring customers make informed decisions about their home plumbing needs.
- Recognize and recommend additional services, including system upgrades, maintenance agreements, and new installations, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Dispatch and the Service Manager to maintain an efficient daily schedule.
- Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked to ensure preparedness on every job.
- Maintain accurate and timely completion of all paperwork, including service records, dispatch notes, and invoices.
- Uphold a polished, professional appearance at all times to represent the company's commitment to quality.
- Participate in ongoing training to develop your skills and stay up‑to‑date with industry standards.
- Acquire and maintain necessary certifications, with support available.
Lead Residential Plumbing Technicians with at least one year of experience who are driven to grow, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact are encouraged to apply.

Full‑time
Schedule- 8‑hour day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On‑call responsibilities and overtime as needed
$65,000 – $150,000 per year
Education & Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a drug and background test, along with an insurable driver’s record
