Location: West Conshohocken
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable hardscape laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in building and installing beautiful, functional outdoor structures like patios, retaining walls, walkways and fire pits. This is a physically demanding role perfect for someone who enjoys manual labor, working outdoors and seeing the tangible results of their hard work.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift up to 50-80 lbs regularly, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods in various weather conditions.
Experience:
Previous experience in landscaping, hardscaping or general construction is preferred.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Ability to read a tape measure.
Reliability:
Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation to job sites.
Teamwork:
Ability to follow verbal instructions closely and work effectively with a crew.
Schedule:
full time (Typically Monday - Friday with occasional weekend overtime depending on weather.)
