Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on a wide range of mechanical equipment and building facilities;
Dismantle, repair, and reassemble equipment and machinery;
Conduct periodic inspections and maintain equipment associated with safety, lighting, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, control systems and related systems;
Perform urgent, corrective, routine, preventative, and requisitioned repairs of electrical, mechanical and plumbing equipment and systems;
Maintain and repair distribution systems involving vacuum, medical air, medical gas systems and air compressors
