Industrial Pipe Fitter & Welder — Career

We are a company providing process piping and millwright services to the heavy industrial, commercial and manufacturing industries. We are growing to meet the demands of our customers requiring qualified maintenance and installation technicians throughout the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. We have the need to expand our workforce across several levels from apprentice to experienced piping foreman.

• Mechanic / Piping Technician Trainee ($20‑$22 to start, dependent on experience) – Have some construction site experience, desire to learn a trade, and are coming out of a trade school. On‑the‑job training is available to candidates with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Fitter or Welder ($25‑$30 to start, dependent on experience) – Expected to have experience in the fitting and welding of utility or process piping. Typical tasks include welding SMAW & GTAW, fabrication of pipe spools from isometric drawings, stainless and carbon tube/pipe, installing supports, and some rigging.
• Project Leadsmen / Foreman ($30‑$35 to start, dependent on experience) – At least 3 years of experience required as a working foreman installing equipment and piping systems. Should be familiar with carbon or stainless‑steel welding processes, interpretation of blueprints, work crew leadership, and industry safety practices. Truck and additional compensation package available as needed.
