We are looking for an experienced Concrete Crew Leader with curb experience to lead our concrete crews in residential and commercial settings on jobsites located in a 75 mile radius of Reading, PA.

Responsibilities of a Concrete Crew Leader:

• Lead and direct curb crew with Slipform Curb & Various Flatwork
• Manage safety, quality and productivity of crew
• Daily material coordination with suppliers
• Continuously mentor and build skills of the crew to include concrete laborers and concrete finishers
• Daily maintenance of material and equipment on company issued tool truck
• Read and Interpret stake out and grades
• Proficient in all aspects of curb finishing

Requirements of a Concrete Crew Leader:

• 3 years minimum experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Knowledge of ADA requirements
• Familiarity with OSHA safety
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Valid Driver’s License
• Salary Range: starting at $29.00 an hour, based on experience
