At Lambert's Cable, as a Lineman I Telecom, you’ll work alongside experienced Lineman to ensure fiber and telecom lines are installed and maintained safely so that everyone can stay connected.

• Assist with the installation and maintenance of fiber and telecom cables overhead, ensuring efficient and reliable service
• Safely operate equipment such as bucket truck, digger derrick, excavators, hand tools, and power tools (wrenches, drills, saws)
• Maintain safe work areas to ensure smooth traffic flow on the job site
• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks, ladders, and other devices
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Valid state driver's license (provisional not acceptable); CDL Class A preferred
• Previous construction experience desired, preferably in telecommunications

• Routine tasks: arms above shoulder level at heights, confined spaces, remote locations; climb stairs, use ladder, bend, stoop, stand, walk, lift up to 55 pounds; operate vehicle & heavy machinery
• Occasional tasks: use keyboard and mouse
