Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the North Versailles, PA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Maintenance Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
* Diagnose and perform routine maintenance or repairs as required
* Maintenance on electrical systems
* Rough and finish carpentry
* Install tile, carpet and flooring, roofing, gutters, sheet metal, windows, sliding glass and doors, shutters, doors, cabinets, door hardware and locks, plumbing, gas and sewer systems, and water intrusion
* Install and repair roofs, stucco and siding
* Drywall and paint work
