Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Manchester

Our client, a global beauty supply and distribution organization is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Operations and Facilities teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a team-orientated mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $28 / hr with a $2 / hr shift differential.

** What's the Job?*
* + Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems & facility equipment

+ Work with electrical control systems (480V-24

VDC)

+ Perform preventative maintenance (PM's) on schedule

+ Support and collaborate with vendors & contractors

+ Repair mechanical and electrical equipment (including light fabrication)

** What's Needed?*
* + Experience in industrial maintenance or conveyor systems

+ Comfortable working with electrical systems & troubleshooting with familiarity with HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, or building systems

+ Experience in LOTO procedures, basic welding and fabrication skills

+ Ability to read schematics & manuals

+ Forklift or scissor lift experience
