$35/hr Base + Bonuses — $80K–$110K Potential — No Nights or Weekends

• $30-$40/hr base pay (depending on experience)

As one of the first technicians on the team, you will have the opportunity to help shape how the company grows and operates.

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
• Install and service fixtures, water heaters, and plumbing systems
• Explain repair options clearly to homeowners
• Complete work efficiently and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized truck and work area
• Use Service Titan for job management and invoicing

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting ability
