USA Government Jobs - - Responsibilities:
Inspect a large variety of heavy-duty mobile equipment and automotive vehicles to determine repairs needed;
Inspect complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic and electrical systems and components;
Utilize Maintenance Expenditure Limits (MEL) to evaluate economic feasibility of repairs;
Serve as inspector on Command Maintenance Evaluation Teams (COMET) and MAIT teams or similar maintenance support teams;
Perform other duties as assigned
