What You'll Do
- As a Commercial Tire Technician, you'll provide on-site and shop-based tire service for light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks.
- Location:
Bergey's Commercial Tire, Hatfield PA - Pay: $20 to $25 / hour based on experience
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Mounting, dismounting, balancing, repairing, and replacing commercial truck tires
- Performing roadside and customer yard service calls (after-hours rotation required)
- Operating a commercial service truck
- Safely lifting vehicles using hydraulic jacks and air tools
- Inspecting tires and determining repairability
- Completing work orders and service documentation
- Performing daily maintenance on vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Following all safety procedures and using required PPE
- Maintaining professional, customer-focused service
- Supporting additional shop and service needs as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Willingness to earn TIA Certification (we provide training)
- Must be 21 years old
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
