• Perform regular maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment throughout the facility.
• Wire and re-wire motors and complete electrical repairs.
• Diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical issues quickly.
• Complete maintenance tasks around the shop as needed.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance work.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Work independently and help keep production running smoothly.

• Experience performing maintenance on industrial or manufacturing equipment.
• Strong electrical skills, including motor wiring and electrical troubleshooting.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment problems safely and efficiently.
• Experience working in a machine shop, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Industrial maintenance experience or technical training.
• Experience with both electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow with the company.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Somerset, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
