Working Hours & SalaryService Technicians work 10‑hour shifts, four days per week, Monday – Thursday or Tuesday – Friday.
Salary for Year One: $26.95/hour, Year Two: $28.53/hour, After Year Two: $31.70/hour

- Inspect vehicles for safety and operational integrity.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Execute repairs on a diverse fleet using diagnostic equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services for compliance.
- Participate in scheduled meetings to discuss ongoing projects and improve service efficiency.
- Adapt priorities based on fleet demands and urgent repairs.
- Strong foundation in mechanical knowledge and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience changing and repairing tires of all sizes and types.
- Understanding of fuel dispensing equipment, including CNG, diesel, and gas.
- Attention to detail for diagnostics and precision repairs.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Commitment to safety protocols and a positive team culture.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old. Position requires possession of, or the ability to obtain, a Class A CDL with passenger endorsement, PA State Inspection License (S7), and 609 AC certification. CATA provides CDL training and assistance for inspection license and AC certification.
Applicants will be subject to MVR check. Selected candidates will be subject to drug and alcohol testing, criminal background check, and functional requirement evaluation.
