High Structural Erectors is seeking an entry-level Field Support member for our Lancaster, PA project site. You will assist with field setup, grouting, material handling, and basic rigging under supervision to support structural steel and concrete work.
The role requires safety-conscious teamwork, ability to work at heights, and willingness to travel to remote worksites with occasional overnight stays. A high school diploma or GED is required.
