Taco Bell - 1600 West State Street - Responsibilities:
Perform year-round preventative maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and HVAC/R within our restaurants;
Diagnose and repair walk-in coolers and freezers and refrigeration systems;
Repair and maintain ice machines and related kitchen equipment;
Follow safety protocols and manual handling procedures including lifting up to 50 pounds;
Use basic computer skills to log maintenance activity and track service requests
