Job Overview
Location:
Blandon, PA and Temple, PA.
Full‑time day‑shift position with a rotating schedule of 50 to 52 hours per week, including a full week plus a half day on Saturday or Sunday. Straight time pay.
Company: GMC – a fully equipped van will be provided for driving among the farms.
Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacement of various components including compressors, motors, and refrigeration systems.
- Repair refrigerant leaks and conduct work on ladders and roofs.
- Diagnose and repair equipment with minimal use of third‑party vendors.
- Must possess a valid PA driver’s license.
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience in mechanical maintenance; formal training preferred.
Salary will be discussed in the interview.
