Welder Opening in Zelienople, PA!

Pay: $21 (depending on experience)

Shift: First Shift 6:00am to 2:00pm

Job Description: This role focuses on MIG and flux core welding on carbon steel, with a strong emphasis on blueprint reading, grinding, beveling, and structural fabrication. You will support the teardown and repair of valves and related components while producing high-quality welds in a hands‑on, industrial environment.

• Perform MIG welding and flux core welding on carbon steel components in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately to determine welding requirements, measurements, and fabrication details.
• Carry out extensive grinding and beveling to prepare materials and weld joints, ensuring proper fit‑up and finish.
• Tear down old valves and related equipment safely and efficiently as part of repair, maintenance, or replacement work.
• Assist with structural steel fabrication, including cutting, fitting, and assembling components before welding.

• At least 3 years of MIG welding experience.
• At least 3 years of flux core welding experience, primarily on carbon steel.
• At least 3 years of blueprint reading experience for welding and fabrication work.
• Proficiency in welding and grinding for industrial or structural applications.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harmony, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
