Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Security Systems Technician for a full‑time, field‑based role supporting commercial clients throughout the Pittsburgh area. This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no overnight travel—you’ll be home every night.
Key Responsibilities- Install, program, troubleshoot, and service commercial security systems
- Work with CCTV/video surveillance, access control, and intrusion systems
- Run and terminate low‑voltage wiring in various environments
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and project requirements
- Deliver professional, customer‑focused service on job sites
- 5+ years of commercial security system installation experience
- Strong expertise in video surveillance systems (high priority)
- Experience with access control and intrusion systems
- Proficiency in low‑voltage wiring and terminations
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Manufacturer certifications (Avigilon, Axis, Genetec, etc.) preferred
- Competitive salary starting at $85K+
- Company vehicle and tools provided
