This role offers the opportunity to perform a wide range of industrial and construction electrical work, including running wire and pipe, installing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, and ensuring all installations comply with applicable electrical codes. You will contribute to both new construction projects and plant maintenance, using your technical expertise to deliver safe, reliable, and code-compliant electrical systems.
Responsibilities- Run wire and conduit (pipe) for electrical systems in industrial and construction environments.
- Install electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, and associated materials in accordance with relevant electrical codes.
- Perform installation, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment.
- Apply all wiring methods associated with construction electrical work, ensuring safe and efficient installations.
- Properly interpret and apply code requirements regarding wire size, conduit size, de-rating, and overcurrent protection.
- Use pipe threading equipment safely and effectively as part of installation and maintenance work.
- Perform rough-in electrical work and finishes for new construction and renovation projects.
- Read and comprehend various blueprints and electrical drawings to plan and execute installations.
- Utilize conduit bending and rigging skills to install and support electrical systems and equipment.
- Participate in industrial electrical installs, including millwright-related tasks and rigging as needed.
- Assist with a variety of projects, including industrial installations and plant maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor when working on client sites and interacting with client personnel.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment while on site.
- Support a collaborative culture by being willing to train others and assist with any project as needed.
- Strong conduit bending and electrical wiring skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings.
- Experience performing rough-in and finish electrical work.
- Hands-on experience with installation, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems and conductors.
- Knowledge of wiring methods associated with construction electrical work.
- Ability to interpret and apply electrical code requirements, including wire size, conduit size, de-rating, and overcurrent protection.
- Proficiency in using pipe threading equipment.

The role involves working on client sites in both indoor and outdoor settings, with exposure to varying temperatures, including hot and cold conditions. Projects include outdoor new construction as well as indoor plant maintenance, using industrial electrical installation tools and equipment such as pipe threading tools and rigging gear. The dress code requires long pants, hard hat, safety glasses, and steel-toe footwear;
tank tops are not permitted. You will represent the company professionally on client premises and are expected to be respectful and safety-conscious at all times.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leola, PA. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
