Muschlitz Excavating, LLC, a leader in heavy civil construction, is hiring experienced Paving Crew Members to join our team. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in safe, quality work.
Our crews work with well-maintained equipment and the support needed to complete projects efficiently and successfully.

• Join a respected heavy civil construction team.

• Operate paving equipment and/or perform labor duties as assigned.
• Maintain trucks and equipment in clean, safe working condition.
• Follow all company safety rules and procedures.
• Work with crew members to complete paving projects safely and efficiently.

• Minimum of 2+ years of paving crew experience

• Strong work ethic and hands‑on approach.
• Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented.
• Safety‑focused with attention to detail.
• Must be available for full‑time, in‑person work.
• Must be reliable and prepared to work as scheduled based on project needs.
