Provide year-round preventative maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and HVAC/R within our restaurants;
Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems including walk-in coolers and freezers;
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as part of daily restaurant support;
Utilize basic computer skills to log maintenance activities and inventory;
Lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as required for maintenance tasks
