Técnico​/a de Mantenimiento Frigorista​/Climatización

Job Title

Veolia Servicios Lecam, in its energy services division, is looking to hire a Refrigeration/HVAC Technician in the Guadalajara area.

Main duties will include:

• Perform preventive, corrective, and conductive maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems in industrial environments.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in HVAC-R equipment (chillers, VRV/VRF, rooftops, UTAs, fan coils, split, cameras, etc.).
• Execute inspections, adjustments, and minor repairs on refrigeration circuits (leak detection, pressure/temperature control, load checks, component replacement).
• Verify operating parameters (temperatures, pressures, consumptions, and efficiencies) and propose improvement actions.
• Prepare work parts and maintenance reports, recording interventions, measurements, and materials used.
• Coordinate with the technical team and the client to plan shutdowns, prioritize incidents, and ensure service continuity.
• Support other basic maintenance tasks of the center when there are no HVAC/refrigeration interventions (minor incidents, adjustments, and general inspections).

- Vocational training:
Technician in Installation and Maintenance of Refrigeration, HVAC, and Heat Production Systems.

- At least 4 years of experience in similar positions.

- Desirable to have the installer's license for building thermal installations (RITE) or the license for fluorinated gases.
