• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
• Deliver a 5-star customer service experience on every visit.

• Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Apprentice plumber license required.
• Journeyman plumber license preferred.
• Proficient in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems including water heaters, fixtures, piping, and drain lines.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and job site safety practices.
• Excellent customer communication and problem‑solving skills.
