CalmHR Inc seeks a Railcar Repair Technician to support Transportation & Logistics clients within our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management group. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair freight railcars, including structural components, braking systems, and couplers, following AAR, FRA, and customer standards. Responsibilities include performing welding, cutting, component replacements, preventive maintenance, and detailed documentation to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
You'll collaborate closely with client teams, maintain a clean, safe worksite, and contribute to continuous improvement in maintenance quality, reliability, and turnaround time.
