Location: Rockledge, FL
Schedule: Monday
- Friday + Rotating Weekends
Pay: $70,000 – $130,000 + annually (Commission Based)

As a Residential Plumbing Service Technician
, you'll diagnose, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, educating homeowners, and recommending the best solutions for their home.

Our technicians are trusted advisors—not just plumbers. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting customer relationships while earning uncapped commission based on your performance.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
• Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, disposals, water filtration systems, and other plumbing equipment.
• Perform drain and water line repairs as needed.
• Test plumbing systems to ensure proper operation and identify potential issues.
• Follow all local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures.

• Provide homeowners with clear explanations of plumbing issues and recommended solutions.
• Educate customers on repair and replacement options to help them make informed decisions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that earns repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude on every service call.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle.
• Accurately document work performed using Service Titan.
• Complete invoices, timesheets, and required documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred.
• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to recommend repair and replacement options confidently and ethically.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in residential environments.

• Experience using Service Titan

• Experience working in a commission-based residential service environment.
• Sales and customer education experience.

• Delivering an outstanding customer experience on every call.
• High customer satisfaction and referral rates.
• Strong average ticket and close rates through ethical recommendations.
• Quality workmanship completed safely and efficiently.
• Accurate documentation and consistent productivity.
• Positive collaboration with dispatch, customer service, and leadership.

• Monday–Friday
• Rotating weekends and on-call schedule as needed
