This schedule provides extended time off between rotations while allowing you to maximize earnings through consistent hours.
What You'll Be DoingAs a Water Transfer Technician, you'll play a critical role supporting active energy and construction projects throughout the region. Every day brings a new challenge, a new job site, and the chance to work alongside experienced field professionals.
Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and monitor pumps, hoses, and water transfer systems.
- Perform roustabout duties including rig-up and rig-down operations.
- Assist with tank builds and field construction activities.
- Assemble, install, and dismantle tanks and related structures.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support telehandler and material-handling operations.
- Travel to active job sites and assist with project execution.
- Work safely in outdoor environments and maintain strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Help keep projects moving by delivering reliable field support where it's needed most.
- Minimum 6 months of outdoor labor, construction, field service, or industrial experience.
- At least 1 year of experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in varying weather conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet using man lifts.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites.
- Ability to thrive in a physically demanding outdoor environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morgantown, PA.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
