This schedule provides extended time off between rotations while allowing you to maximize earnings through consistent hours.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Water Transfer Technician, you'll play a critical role supporting active energy and construction projects throughout the region. Every day brings a new challenge, a new job site, and the chance to work alongside experienced field professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor pumps, hoses, and water transfer systems.
  • Perform roustabout duties including rig-up and rig-down operations.
  • Assist with tank builds and field construction activities.
  • Assemble, install, and dismantle tanks and related structures.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Support telehandler and material-handling operations.
  • Travel to active job sites and assist with project execution.
  • Work safely in outdoor environments and maintain strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Help keep projects moving by delivering reliable field support where it's needed most.
What We're Looking For Required Experience
  • Minimum 6 months of outdoor labor, construction, field service, or industrial experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts in varying weather conditions.
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet using man lifts.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites.
  • Ability to thrive in a physically demanding outdoor environment.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
