Acadia Healthcare - 1375 Newark Road - Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment including plumbing, carpentry, painting and mechanical equipment repair;
Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment and test/generator weekly;
Inspect and maintain fire alarm system, fire doors, audible/visible alarms, smoke detectors, and extinguishers;
Inspect and maintain lighting, plumbing systems, replace faucets/toilets/bathtubs, and repair furniture as needed;
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and complete requested reports
