A Plus is currently hiring full-time team members to join our hardscape crews. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for creating luxury outdoor living spaces and who want to build a long-term career with a growing company.

Every day is different at A Plus. Our team works on patios, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, decks, pools, landscapes, water features, and more. We do not perform traditional maintenance services such as mowing, trimming, or weeding. This is a year-round position for individuals who are committed to learning, growing, and taking pride in high-quality work.

• Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor living features using pavers, stone, and concrete.
• Prepare job sites by excavating, grading, leveling, and building proper base foundations.
• Read and follow project layouts, measurements, and design plans to ensure accurate installation.
• Operate tools and equipment such as plate compactors, saws, and measuring instruments.
• Cut, place, and secure materials to ensure durable, high-quality finished products.
• Assist with drainage solutions to promote proper water runoff and prevent shifting or erosion.
• Travel to job sites within approximately a 50-mile radius, typically working on one project at a time from start to finish.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site throughout each phase of construction.
• Work closely with crew members and follow direction from the foreman to complete projects efficiently.

• A valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain a CDL A through the company, if applicable.
• A valid DOT medical card, or the ability to obtain one.
• Experience using tools and equipment in outdoor services or construction.
• Experience in one or more of the following: landscape, hardscape, excavation, pools, masonry, outdoor lighting, commercial snow removal, heavy equipment operation, or related outdoor trades.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with both coworkers and clients.
• A willingness to learn, be a team player, and grow within the company.
• The ability to work independently and show initiative.

• The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stand, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Industry-leading pay rates of $22–$32/hour
  , based on experience.
• $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days if we hire.
