Heavy Equipment Operator

We have an immediate need for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator who can confidently operate multiple types of equipment and take pride in producing quality work. Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment including:
  Excavators Dozers Track Loaders Motor Graders Rollers Backhoes
• Perform excavation, grading, site development, and utility installation work.
• Read and understand grade stakes, site plans, and GPS machine control systems.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Work safely while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating multiple pieces of heavy equipment.
• GPS machine control experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of sitework, elevations, and compaction
• Ability to work independently without constant direction
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation

• Pay: $28–$38/hr (based on experience) + Overtime
• Schedule:
  
  Full-Time | Monday–Friday + OT as needed, occasional weekends
