You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and doors, perform preventive maintenance, and document work orders in our system across the Philadelphia area.
Travel to assigned properties and after-hours on-call work are required; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.
