Seeking a Field Service Technician to provide warranty and service support for completed residential homes. This position is responsible for traveling to customer locations to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure all work is completed to company quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while representing the company in a professional manner.

• Respond to warranty and service calls at customer locations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of residential home issues.
• Perform maintenance, adjustments, and component replacements as needed.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and internal teams.
• Document service calls, repairs completed, and recommendations.
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Prioritize multiple service requests while managing daily travel schedules.
• Follow established service procedures and safety protocols.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout each service visit.

• 1+ years of experience in field service, construction, maintenance, carpentry, or a related trade preferred.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read basic blueprints, measurements, or technical documents is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various positions throughout the day.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Climb ladders and work at elevated heights when necessary.
• Work in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas.
• Safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Ability to travel daily to customer locations.
