Install Team & Warehouse

Install Team (Crew-Crew Managers) & Warehouse (Loaders, Leads, Assistants, etc.)

What We is Looking For

• Must have a valid driver license (eligibility to drive is required for most positions)
• Willing to travel (some overnight stays for larger projects-Installers)
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and English a PLUS
• High-energy, problem-solving mindset
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with hands-on work
• Professional, responsible, and efficient
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physically capable (lifting up to 50 lbs regularly)
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with long shifts (10-12 hours during peak season: May-October)

• Install tents, flooring, lighting, and event equipment (Installers)
• Work on a variety of projects, from backyard parties to high-end events
• Engage in physical, hands-on work in a mostly outdoor setting
• Work as part of a team in a supportive company culture

• Great Schedule (Most weekends off, mostly 4 day work weeks)
