AV & Automation Technician – Luxury Residential

Philadelphia / NYC (Greater Region) + Travel
Compensation: $28–$42 per hour based on experience + $100 per overnight travel night

• Install TVs, speakers, motorized shades, lighting control, and networking equipment
• Build and wire AV racks with precision
• Terminate and label low-voltage wiring cleanly
• Assist with programming and final system commissioning
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and solve problems professionally
• Work inside finished luxury homes where care and attention matter

• 2+ years hands-on installation experience in residential AV, low-voltage, electrical, or construction
• Strong wiring, rack-building, and troubleshooting fundamentals
• Experience with Lutron, Sonos, Savant, or residential networking preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders
• Valid driver’s license
• Professional presence with clients, builders, and designers
• If you are strong technically but missing one platform, we can train the right person.

Travel is an essential function of this role because our projects take us where our clients go.

• Primary Hubs :
  Projects in Philadelphia and NYC are common.
• The Road :
  Overnight stays are required.
• The Destinations :
  Longer-distance travel may occur, including destinations such as Florida.
• Fully Covered :
  All business travel beyond a normal commute is fully covered.
