The TTT1 & TTT2 role in Philadelphia for Invertice Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Huntingdon Valley, PA. This role involves performing field work on telecommunications structures, including assisting with tower installation, maintenance, and modifications under the direction of senior technicians or crew leads. Day-to-day tasks may include climbing and working at heights, installing and routing antennas, coax, and related equipment, supporting sweep and PIM testing, and documenting work performed according to company standards.
The role also includes maintaining tools and equipment, following safety protocols and industry regulations, and cooperating with team members to complete projects on schedule. The TTT1 & TTT2 team member is expected to travel to various job sites, adapt to changing field conditions, and contribute to high-quality, reliable telecom infrastructure for clients.
- Ability to work at heights on communication towers, including climbing, fall protection use, and comfort with outdoor field conditions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for working with structural steel, hardware, antennas, coax cables, and related telecom equipment.
- Capacity to assist with tower inspections, site modifications, equipment installation, and general construction tasks.
- Attention to detail for site and project documentation, including following checklists, recording measurements, and maintaining accurate reports.
- Commitment to safety, including adherence to company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and best practices for tower work.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions from crew leads and collaborate effectively on-site.
- Reliable transportation to Huntingdon Valley, PA, and willingness to travel to regional job sites as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior telecommunications or construction experience is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment, work in varying weather conditions, and maintain productivity during extended field shifts.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional certifications (e.g., tower climbing safety, RF awareness) are a plus.
