Compensation Details: $16.00 to $22.00 per hour

Location:

This role will be based in Center City, Philadelphia and South Jersey - You will only need to report to Upper Darby office for material pick up.

What You'll Do:

• Assist lead technician with daily installations and repairs of electrical systems.
• Work closely with the lead technician to ensure that work is completed and job site is clean.
• Organize work by receiving and studying work orders; gathering tools and supplies.
• Repairs electrical problems by replacing fault parts and components.
• Maintains safe work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with codes.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
• Tests electrical systems to ensure problem installation and operation.
• Inspects electrical systems to determine whether repairs are needed.
• Replaces conduit and wiring as needed.
• Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Complete special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

• Requires ability to maneuver through very restricted spaces like a 2X2 opening.
• 2 years' experience in the residential electrical field required, or equivalent experience
• OSHA 10/30 preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot & problem solve
• Ability to complete equipment maintenance
• Able to pass a drug screening and background check (random testing may occur)
• Valid Driver's License and clean MVR

Physical Requirements :

• Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.
• Maneuver through very restricted spaces.
• Comfortable with prolonged periods of standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
• Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
