The Impact You'll Make As our HVAC Technician specializing in oil systems and mini-splits, you’ll be the go-to expert for installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance that keep our customers warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and confident in our service all year long. Your work will directly impact the comfort, safety, and energy efficiency of the spaces we serve—turning first-time customers into lifelong clients.

What You'll Do Install, maintain, and repair oil-fired heating systems, including boilers, furnaces, and burners. Install and service ductless mini-split systems from leading manufacturers, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues using advanced tools and your own expertise. Perform seasonal tune-ups, cleanings, and safety checks to extend equipment life and prevent breakdowns. Educate customers on system operation, maintenance best practices, and energy-saving tips.

Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with the office team for scheduling and follow-up. Adhere to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company quality standards. What You'll Bring Proven experience working with oil-fired heating systems and ductless mini-split installations. EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal preferred). Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently in the field.

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle outdoor conditions. A commitment to continuous learning—whether it’s new HVAC technologies, tools, or best practices.
