Line Tech

RGS Products Inc., a Waukesha, WI-based manufacturer and installer of sheet metal products, is seeking a Line Tech for hands-on fabrication and installation support. In this role, you'll help measure, cut, form, and assemble sheet metal components, operate shop equipment, and assist field crews on residential and commercial jobs. You'll inspect parts for quality, follow safety procedures, and work closely with a small, family-oriented team that values craftsmanship, reliability, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain sheet metal fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with measuring, cutting, forming, and assembling sheet metal components
• Support field installation of residential and commercial sheet metal products
• Read and follow basic shop drawings, measurements, and work orders
• Inspect finished parts for quality, fit, and durability
• Load, unload, and stage materials for production and installation crews
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with supervisors on job status
• Use hand and power tools for cutting, fastening, and finishing metal products
• Assist with troubleshooting and basic repairs on production equipment
